When we arrived there were 2 workers in the garage replacing a light, they broke the light fixture and never returned. We had no light in the garage. There were 2 broken cabinets but the host wanted me to send pictures instead of coming over and fixing it. I finally told them forget about it and fix it when we leave. The next day I got a ticket on my car about not having the correct parking pass. The charge was for 100.00 , Martinique said Vacasa did NOT fill out the parking pass correctly. The ice machine barley worked, it took me over an hour to boil water for my shrimp. The furniture was filthy. Vacasa said they would call to discuss this with me but no one has ever called. Vacasa has an horrible reputation from talking to the staff at Martinique and some guess we met on our vacation. We were told Vacasa never gets back to you, nor do they come to Martinique to fix all these issues This is the last we will use Vacasa. I’ve been staying at Martinique for over 20 years and never had any issues before this week
