Great Property

Great location, top floor, great view

First time in Gulf Shores. Condo was in a great location with plenty of room for a family of 4. We were steps from the beach and were able to walk to anything we needed to do. Was a pleasent trip and Terry was very responsive to any text I sent him. Can't wait to book our trip again in the future.

Panoramic views! Easy walk to the beach. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit, only draw back to our trip. Would definitely stay here again though.

Overall great experience

We loved our stay in Gulf Shores. Everything was wonderful, the condo was tidy enough but could use a deep cleaning. The tile also had some sand when we arrived, but we found out quickly how impossible it can be to get rid of sand! The condo accommodated all 6 of us with no problem! We loved having a code to get in and out and not having to deal with keys. It was also very convenient having a washer and dryer. The view from the balcony is amazing. And it was so great being only steps away from the beach. Also, the full kitchen had everything we needed. We left a tablet by mistake and they were able to have someone drop it off at ups and get it sent to us. We really appreciate that!

Discretion kinda misleading

This place was described that it was for up to seven people. There was only four of us, and we had all we could do to get around the table to eat. There’s no table. There’s no way seven people could ever stay in this place. The deck is so small the four of us is the only ones that could’ve got out there, the one bedroom, the sheets did not even fit the beds. They need to take the two little beds out and put a full size bed in there. It’s described as being a penthouse. This is the forest thing from a penthouse as I have ever seen I probably would never stay there again .

Great view; good place

The location is perfect. The view of the ocean is unmatched. The condo is very nice albeit a bit dated in terms of decor. Beds are comfortable, tvs are great, space is nice. I did let the owner know about a broken lamp and towel rack which was appreciated. The amenities provided could be upgraded in terms of beach gear, soap, toilet paper, etc. and I only say this because I’ve stayed in very similar properties that provide better soap, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Communication with the property was unmatched which I very much appreciate. Will consider staying here again!

Very good setup for the festival

Great spot for the music festival. Things died down rather quickly after so i imagine the area is generally much calmer if thats what people like as well. Would definitely stay in the area again but its hard to get to. Also would recommend Terry becuase he was a great host. Thanks!

Nice smaller unit beware parking fee

We enjoyed our stay, but the floors were not clean. I vacuumed, but we had to keep our socks on. The property manager offered to have the cleaning service come re-clean but we didn’t want the inconvenience so she gave us an additional night at no charge which we appreciated. Also feel the non negotiable $45 parking permit is ridiculous and shocking for ONE car for 5 days. Rather than feeling welcomed, I immediately felt screwed.
