Private: property 1'000 m2, lawn, natural garden. Bathing jetty, bathing place, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 20 km, supermarket 98 km, bus stop "Rutledal Aust" 120 m, ferry "Rutledal" 500 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m, fishing possibilities 40 m. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
