Lo positivo: El departamento en Santana Lofts cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada, es amplio, luminoso y tiene una vista espectacular. La seguridad y la atención del personal del edificio son de primera. Agradecemos el desayuno de cortesía el día del check-out.Lo negativo: Lamentablemente, la experiencia no fue de lujo.Limpieza y suministros: La limpieza fue deficiente. No tuvimos toallas ni cobijas suficientes durante los 6 días; las toallas nuevas llegaron apenas el día de la salida. Falta vajilla básica y utensilios esenciales como una licuadora.Mantenimiento: Los vidrios no aislan el ruido exterior, los clósets tienen mal olor y la mesa de centro de vidrio está rota (un peligro de seguridad). La cocina de inducción requiere cambio.Comunicación y Publicidad: Hubo mala coordinación entre el anfitrión y el supervisor. Además, la publicidad es engañosa: se ofrecía acceso a piscina y áreas sociales tras 3 días de estancia, pero nos fue negado el acceso.Falta de previsión: Se resalta que no se consideró el número de personas.Enfoque en seguridad: Se menciona que, dada la situación del país, el confort interno es vital.Sugerencia técnica: Se especifica lo de la olla cangrejera para cocina de inducción.
