Everyone is super professional and courteous from the moment i walked up to the counter until my last day. Sylvia at dinner was the hostess with mostess. All accomodations are first class material. The nightly entertainment are fantastic! Delicious food and drinks are spectacular.

The beach was nice, and the pool was okay. Would never suggest to come here, i reserved a king size bed deluxe and was told that it is optional and if they have the room for it. Mean while as you look around there is barely anyone there during my stay. I was trying to understand where they received 4 stars, the food was edible but had poor selection. The entertainment was not happening until halfway through our stay. Again i would never suggest this location to anyone there are way better hotels with better experiences for you to come.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay! Would definitely recommend to others for relaxation as well as some excitement at night. The room was clean, The beach was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, specialty restaurants and snack bar after the beach. Hopefully we will return soon!
