Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It was a NIGHTMARE. The owner or the person who manage the place cancel our booking a few hours before our flight to Dominican Republic WITHOUT EXPLANATION. We have to change our plans and book a hotel in the city of Santo Domingo instead of our days on the beach that was what we wanted for our vacation.
