We have a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus 2 singles mattresses.

In addition to the whole kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. (The value of R $ 190,00 a daily and for low season in the months of June to August, except holidays)

Locatário super atencioso, educado e prestativo, o local é limpinho, bem funcional, conta com três piscinas lindas e ótimas, é bem próximo à praia, supermercados, shoppings. Com certeza irei retornar, super recomendo.

O Administrador foi atencioso, demora um pouco a responder, mas atendeu a tudo o que pedimos. O flat precisa de reformas urgentes, precisa de ar condicionado (infelizmente praia é necessário), os banheiros precisam de atualizações, cozinha precisa de equipamentos e acessórios. Precisa de uma repaginada. Possivelmente eu voltaria se alguns itens melhorassem e principalmente pela localização que é top.

Pontos positivos: Localização privilegiada, perto de tudo. Apto espaçoso e aconchegante. Funcionários atenciosos, e o serviço de camareira é um diferencial. Gostei, mas precisa renovar alguma coisas

Ótima localização, apartamento amplo, mas precisa de algumas melhorias, como as panelas que estão bem velhas, um dos colchões de casal estava bem sujo e mole, sofá também precisa de uma boa lavada, os banheiros também ficavam muito úmidos porque não tem janelas e os exaustores não estavam funcionando. Fora isso tudo certo,o Rodrigo foi muito atencioso
