Welcome to the Loisenhof Vacation Rentals on Lake Chiemsee. Set in a beautiful, open location, our part-time farm features arable fields and lush green meadows. Enjoy the peaceful setting and the magnificent mountain views. Our guests have access to an on-site mini-golf course in our very large garden, which features a trampoline, swing, slide, lounge chairs, a grill, and seating areas, as well as a ping-pong table, our electric vehicle charging stations, and a charging cabinet for e-bike batteries. The beautiful Chiemsee beach is 700 meters away. Many biking and hiking trails lead directly from the farm through stunning countryside. Three very well-equipped vacation apartments in the main house, each with a large, furnished balcony facing east or southeast. All three vacation apartments feature two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a hair dryer, and satellite TV. The apartments also feature a spacious entryway, and the “Sonntagshorn” apartment additionally has a small living room. The “Hochfelln” apartment features a large living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sofa. There are two vacation apartments in the adjacent building. The well-equipped “Steinplatte” vacation apartment on the 1st floor, with a large furnished southeast-facing balcony, features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living room with a dining area, a couch, and satellite TV. The “Hochgern” vacation apartment on the first floor, with a very large furnished terrace, features a bedroom with a double bed and a combined living room/bedroom with two daybeds and a TV. It also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area.
The vacation rental on the first floor of the annex measures approximately 45 square meters and includes its own very large furnished terrace with direct access to the garden. It features a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and window, as well as a combined living/sleeping area with two daybeds and a TV—the daybeds can be used as couches or as beds. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a coat closet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, 4-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. It also has Wi-Fi and a radio/CD player. Please note: Unfortunately, a baby crib is not available here!
Here you’ll be away from the hustle and bustle, yet only 700 meters from the beach. A bakery with a small EDEKA supermarket is located about 700 meters away. Beautiful hiking and biking trails lead you directly from the farm through stunning countryside. The boat landing in Gstadt is about 3 km away; from there, you can reach Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. An excellent starting point for hiking, biking, or sightseeing. Numerous excursion options are available in the surrounding area.
