All are welcome to our beautiful cabin located in a Pine Mountain Lake Sierra Premier Community .Our 5 bedroom 2 bath cabin sits on one acre of land and contains plenty of room for you to park your vehicle and toys . On the main floor we have a deck overlooking our land , a kitchen and living room with two bedrooms and a bath. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath.

Bring your loved ones to our 5-bedroom 2- 2-bath nature-surrounded cabin. It sits on a massive acre with plenty of room to park all the vehicles and toys you love. The house gives you access to the huge deck, the main middle floor, and also the top floor. On the main floor, we offer a huge living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath. By coming upstairs you have 3 unique bedrooms with the 3rd bedroom having the option of also being a games room where you can enjoy the space and the many board games that we offer. Lastly, we have an amazing deck that allows you to breathe fresh air with your morning coffee, eat outdoors with the people you love, and sightsee the amazing stars that glisten at night.; The lower floor will open up in the coming months as some details are still being added. The cabin has modern baths and a new Heating and  Air Conditioner. The kitchen has its classic unique style that adds to the cabin aroma. The seller has a set of finished plans: the bottom floor will be upgraded in the coming months with access to a washer and dryer and also submitted permits for  a new garage to be built. This beautiful property is located near Fisherman's Wharf where you can enjoy the many amenities of Pine Mountain Lake. Such as Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Hiking, Archery, Horseback Riding, and more. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking.
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
A copy of your driver's license will be required within 24 hours of booking.

PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE AMENITIES:
Gated resort community with 24-hour security. Airport, 18-hole championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts, community pool, horseshoe pits, and three sandy beaches on the lake. The Marina Beach is the largest and most popular beach and offers an expansive sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack shack, and sailboat/kayak/paddle board/paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open during the summer months only. The golf course is open year-round.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $50 per vehicle (one-time fee) to enter the gated community with 24-hour security.
The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
Price is subject to change without notice.
Access permits are non-refundable.
A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

CAN GUESTS LAUNCH THEIR OWN BOATS?
Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats, or watercrafts of any kind on Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
However, Lake Don Pedro is just 20 minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys!
And remember, you can rent sailboat/kayak/paddle board/peddle boat rentals at the main Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.

LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided for guest use.
Beach towels are not provided.

VRBO includes the following fees in the "CLEANING FEE":
1) departure clean
2) Covid extra disinfecting protocol
3) damage waiver
4) linens
5) One pre-bought PML trash bag.

If the remaining trash does not fit into the grey bin, please dispose of it in your own way. Otherwise, there will be a minimum fine of $75

CELEBRATION DEBRIS:
Confetti is not allowed in or around the property.
Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee.
Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris.

GATHERINGS:
NO PARTIES/ EVENTS OR IF GUESTS SMOKE AND THE MESS IS NOT CLEANED UP AFTER, MINIMUM FINE OF $500

No large gatherings are permitted. A maximum of 10 people (including children & infants) are permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 10 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

OUTDOOR FIRES:
Outdoor open fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
ANY GUESTS THAT CAUSE OPEN FIRES WILL BE CHARGED $75 FOR NOT FOLLOWING REGULATIONS.

GAS BBQ:
Available to use with a full propane.

PARKING:
Steep driveway.
Closer to the house it becomes less steep. Plenty of space to maneuver vehicles.
Driveway parking up to 6 vehicles.
This driveway is best suited for SUV-type vehicles.

GARAGE:
No garage.

STAIRS:
This property has interior & exterior stairways.


CHILDREN:
Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.
Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof.

PETS/ANIMALS:
Pets are allowed, we just politely ask you to take care of our cabin as if it were your own.
HOA states that they must be leashed

FIREWOOD:
Firewood is not provided.
