Elegant townhouse situated in Rodney Bay, #17 is situated in the townhouse development of The Harbour.
This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 8 and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning. This ground floor opens out through French doors onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped kitchen with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.
On the first floor there are two air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can be converted into one kingsize bed. The air conditioned master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. There is also an air conditioned mezzanine floor in the master bedroom which can accommodate up to two children on a sofa bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TV, DVD, iPod dock and hairdryers. Child safety gates are available upon request. The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.

The host was lovely and very accommodating. The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. It was perfectly located within walking distance to all amenities, restaurants and Reduit beach. Backing onto the marina was really nice. The property management was prompt and helpful with any questions we had.

The property was exactly as advertised. Illtyd, Ester and Victor were all very friendly and professional. Our weather was perfect and all of the shopping, dining and entertainment were right outside our gate. We went to Massy store almost every day for beer, wine, snacks and staples. It was directly across the street in the mall. We dove the reef near Anse Chastanet on three days and went to the rainforest on one day. Beautiful! I hope to go back sometime. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this fabulous house. It's very well located - close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Indian and pizza restaurants almost opposite the gates to the complex. We did not use the pool, which is situated close to a cul-de-sac group of houses and felt a little intrusive. However the fantastic beach is only a 15 minute gentle stroll away so we probably wouldn't have used a pool anyway! We enjoyed time on the patio and in the well maintained gardens . Sunday appears to be party day and there was some noise from a local establishment, but this is the only time it was noticeable and otherwise it was a very quiet and peaceful environment. Both the housekeeper and concierge were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The house is well equipped, the air conditioning worked very well, it was spotlessly clean, and was a great place to chill in and relax.

We had a lovely stay at this home. The host was very flexible when our flight was delayed 24 hours. Ms Esther, the housekeeper, was very kind and talented. The home was spotless. It's a gorgeous home with a lot of space. The A/C units in each room and living room work very well. They provided everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The home is a short walk from Reduit Beach, and grocery store and restaurants are right across the street. The home was very quiet and private. The parking was easy and secure. We enjoyed visiting Pigeon Island and even went back for a second visit. We enjoyed watching the fish swim and jump in the water right outside the back door and the sunsets were beautiful. The pool was very close by and we had it to ourselves when we visited. There are floaties, snorkels, and a cooler available to borrow to make your beach days easy. We would recommend this home and choose to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to St Lucia. We travel with our two young sons and prefer to avoid resorts and instead explore on our own, and this home made it very comfortable.
