ungenaue Objektbeschreibung / keine Stornierung möglich

Wir konnten den Urlaub nicht antreten, da der Vermieter uns mit unserem Hund den Zugang zur Wohnung nicht gestattet hat, obwohl im Inserat damit geworben wurde, daß Haustiere erlaubt und willkommen sind. Ein Zwinger wurde als zusätzliches Ausstattungsmerkmal angegeben. Nirgendwo war ersichtlich, das es sich hierbei um den ausschließlichen Aufenthaltort des Hundes handeln soll, das abgesehen davon völlig inakzeptabel ist. Eine Stornierung 14 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt über das FeWo Portal war nicht möglich, da der Stornierungs-Button nicht funktionierte bzw. nicht vorhanden (siehe FeWo Kundendienst Fallnummer 35865917) Eine e-mail mit der Bitte um Stornierung an FeWo und zusätzlich an den Vermieter vom 17. Mai 2022, die laut Rechtsberatung verbindlich ist, wurde von FeWo nicht beantwortet und vom Vermieter mit der Begründung "er könne da nichts machen" ignoriert. Im Ganzen betrachtet, ein außerordentlich ungenügender Auftritt von FeWo direkt und Vermieter. Wenn FeWo direkt aus unserer Sicht noch als einigermaßen seriöser Vermittler eingestuft werden will möchte ich sie bitten die Stornierung durch die e-mail am 17. Mai zu berücksichtigen und den Betrag , wie in der rechtsverbindlichen Werbung (50% Erstattung 14 Tage vor Reiseantritt) auszuführen. Freundliche Grüße Matthias Koch

Urlaub in Groitzsch

Die Ferienwohnung in Groitzsch war sehr ansprechend. Sie war tiptop gepflegt, schön aufgeteilt und sehr gut ausgestattet (ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster, Kaffeebereiter, Geschirr...alles schön). Alle Zimmer sind schöne eingerichtet, das Bad hat Tageslicht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Gelände ist wild-romantsich und sehr urig. Das hat Charme. Die Seen liegen in der Nähe und man kann auch sehr gut einkaufen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
