Top furnished 65 sqm apartment for a maximum of 4 people in a modern residential complex built in 1997. In addition to a generously combined living / dining area, a modern fitted kitchen including Dishwasher and microwave as well as a spacious bathroom. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. A flat screen TV is installed in the living room and bedroom. Starting from the living room there is a balcony facing south / west. With a clear view, you have a view of the Baltic Sea from the breakfast table and from the balcony. A parking space for the apartment is available. For cozy evenings in the colder seasons we have prepared a small collection of books and DVDs. An internet flat rate is also available (please bring your own computer). A high chair and a cot are in the apartment. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. Non smoking apartment, no pets

Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage. FEWO war sehr sauber, Ausstattung aller Zimmer waren gut und sehr gemütlich. Man war schnell zu Fuß Stadtkern und an der Seebrücke. Wir hatten glück das noch ein paar Geschäfte geöffnet hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist, Der Klabautermann, da kann man sehr gemütlich sitzen und sehr gu Essen, zu sehr moderaten Preisen. Also wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war toll 👍 Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet , besonders die Matrazen in den Betten sind uns positiv aufgefallen . Wir hatten keine Rückenschmerzen 😄 Preis-Leistung top 👍 das einzige was uns sehr gestört hat : wir waren mit hochwertigen E - Bikes vor Ort und es gibt keine vernünftige Möglichkeit zum sicheren Abschließen /Anketten bzw. keinen abschließbaren Raum .Wir haben unsere Räder jeden Abend auf unsern Fahrradträger gestellt und dort angekettet . Da müßte es unbedingt eine Möglichkeit eines überdachten geschützten Raumes geben , schließlich fahren inzwischen viele Leute E-Bikes und die sind ja auch teuer !

Ein bisschen wie zuhause

Ganz spontan hat es mich in den Norden verschlagen und genau so spontan und flexibel hat die Vermietung geklappt. Ein großes Dankeschön für die freundliche, schnelle und unkomplizierte Zusage und den späten Checken! Ein bisschen wie zuhause fühlen: Es findet sich alles am rechten Platz, ordentlich, gemütlich und schön. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig und der Einkauf erledigt sich beinahe vor der Tür. Mit gutem Wetter und einem kleinen Spaziergang schafft man es auch gut zu Fuß in Richtung Promenade und zur See. Kurzum: Tipptopp Unterkunft! Besuche ich gerne für ein Wiedersehen des schönen Grömitz!

Schöne Zimmeraufteilung , die Betten ( Matratzen ) etwas zu weich . Für ältere Leute mit viel Gepäck ganz nach oben schleppen war schon etwas anstrengend , und zuwenig Gläser ( Wein ) für 4 Leute .

Wir waren mit einem Kind und einem Baby in der Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Anmietung war unkompliziert und alle Beteiligten waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber! Es gibt viel Stauraum. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Grömitz

Wir waren spontan für einen Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohung. Die Wohung ist sauber, modern und gut gelegen (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand & Grömitzer Stadtkern). Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und auf individuelle Wünsche ohne wenn und aber eingegangen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)
