Perfect little doll house!

Clean, comfortable in quiet neighborhood. Everything inside looked brand new! Perfect size for my party of two! Only problems we ran into were WiFi would not allow download of online newspaper to my iPad and we found only 4 local stations on the TV.

Fern Cottage

The cottage was just as described. Very cute and clean. Since a Smart TV was listed, I thought there was WiFi, but it was not installed until half way through our visit. We had not received clear check-in instructions, but the owner was very responsive when contacted. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Best little hidden gem.

I honestly cannot say enough about this place. It may appear small from the outside but the inside is spacious, comfortable, and so adorably decorated. The tea and coffee was good, the air conditioning worked splendidly, the bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were more responsive than I could have asked for. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, affordable place to stay then this is it. I would be delighted to be allowed to stay here again in the future.

This property was amazing for our stay. My husband plays disc golf and i just travel along. It was too hott this weekend to going exploring. (At least for me) i loved this property and we will be back next year for the Greenwood tournament.
