The staff were great, but there are areas that are concerning. People coming in and out eating and sleeping on the sofas in the lobby in the morning. For paying guest this is not what they want to see when they come to eat breakfast.

The staff were nice and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was every time we left our room, a desk clerk would have to let us back into the room. We didn’t have a door key. This was a huge inconvenience.

The staff was great. The parking lot was littered. The look of grimy everywhere. The room was in need of repairs. Such as shelf pulled out of the wall, cracked corners of shower wall, shower seat missing with screws sticking out, the bed was sloped to the outer edge so was totally uncomfortable. Not impressed by no hook by sink for hand towel. And lastly the price for this accommodation was way over priced. We will never stay at one of these again.

Rooms show some wear and tear. Window treatment would not raise. Wall hangers fornclothing had parts missing. Room was very clean. Bathroom had plenty linens and i loved the walk in shower.

TV did not work, and had to move my elderly parents up a floor, which was very difficult. There was no microwave in the room and the fridge was tini-tiny. Expensive for what you not get. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance and there were more things that didn't work that what did.
