For the money spent, we definitely could've found much better with comfort inn down the road. This place is a dump and little effort in cleaning. The toilet was disgusting. Only positive thing is the front desk guy was polite, so was the woman when I called to check reservation. Lobby is beautiful, not the rooms and I booked the "King Suite".

BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE! This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! First, when checking in the desk clerk ignored me, never greeted me, and took his time getting to me. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull out that was supposed to sleep two. The room actually was a queen bed with a chair and ottoman. The room was dark but looking around we could tell the room was not clean. Towels looked like they were never washed from the previous guests. The bedding was old looking and outdated. We went to complain about the room not having the sleeping accommodations it promised so they said they would give us a room with 2 queen beds. We moved to that room and were even more horrified! The bedding, sheets and towels were stained and filthy and the room smelled incredibly musty. We found blood stains, urine stains, and even a bug under the pillow. I have pictures to prove all of this! This place is a complete biohazard! In addition they lie about the accommodations! The two rooms they offered us did not have the sleeping arrangements they promise. You have been warned do not stay here!!

The room was dirty, bed cover had oil stains and caulk in bathroom moldy. Lots of people roaming around parking lot at night. Rooms had outside entry which I didn’t realize and have never liked for safety reasons. Only good thing was check in staff. She was very nice and accommodating when we switched rooms to a different location that was easier when traveling with a dog.

Mediocre at best

Breakfast and check in / check out was fine. Bedding seemed okay except for a few pieces of leaves I found. The bathroom rags were stained and looked pretty rough. Tried not to use those. The door itself didn’t lock except for the safety bar, fine for me but not for some. The flooring had gaps in the planks and it just wasn’t very well cleaned around the based boards or tub. The front lobby has been renovated now it’s time for the rooms…Also pool is gone for those looking for one.

First room the bed linens has high stains across the bed spread. Moved to the next handicap room and the main door didn’t shut and latch fully, the handicap shower handle didn’t work so you couldn’t use, the outlet areas are pulling away and broken, not safe, the ironing board looks like it’s been used and abused and stained in filth, there is open floor holes in the bathroom where flys are coming up through. The blow dryer is so impacted with lint and dirt if it was turned on it would be an instant fire. Horrible condition for star rating it was given when we decided to book.
