Do not recommend

Property Review 1st: Lots of house rules, neighbor houses are an arms length away. Mattresses are very firm. Lots of ambient light from the neighbors and street light makes it hard to sleep at night. Couch was pretty comfortable. Not much parking. Title was somewhat deceiving. You are a solid 100 yards from the lake. Boat ramp is a quarter way around the lake. I could drive up from Ohio and have as much access. Only regret was booking twice. Property Manager Review: I had communitcated the days I wanted to stay with the manager. My 2nd booking was supposed to be 3 days. It was scheduled and charged for 5. I did not notice, as this was on my business card, until the 5th day when I was filling out my business expenses back home. Tried to contact manager and was told no refunds even when I offered to buy a full week as I did need to be in Greenville again. I tried to work with the manager and was just offered a 15% discount. This person claims she is always booked, but never once did I see weekday bookings, not to mention my 2 bookings were last minute. I got multiple emails saying my card did not get approved then suddenly was good. She claims that she can't mess with the bookings, but I never had the problems in the past. I travel a lot for work and like to use Vrbo. Never had this problem before. I do not recommend.

Quick overnight stay

Attending a local wedding and it was a perfect location to the venue. Communication with the owner was limited due to the fact everything was spelled out super clear on either the app or the binder at the property. Beautiful location! We may be back to visit the lake and use the amenities.

Nice cottage close by lake and the Meijer Walking trail. The unit was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and we would stay again.

Cozy cottage

We love to stay places where you can walk and bike places and this cottage was great for us. Also made use of the kitchen as we have been traveling quite a bit and prefer not to eat out everyday. Great having washer and dryer. Couldn’t have been happier. Very comfortable visit. Thank you

This is a quaint bungalow ideal for fisherman/lake-goers. It was exceptionally clean; but does need some updates to lighting especially. New windows/doors would also bring a 100% return on investment.

Close to bike trails

We had a nice time here. The cottage is nicely maintained but very old. It was clearly built in an era people were not over 6’ tall. Lots of ducking needed on the stairway and in the bathtub. All the beds are against walls so if you get up at night you have to crawl out. Worked great if you slept alone but not so much with 2 in a bed. The location is good tho not right on the lake. We came to ride the trails and liked the fact we could just roll the bikes into the basement. The trail is easily reached from this location.

Lake house

Well it is pet friendly they say but your dog only has a small square i mean no yard so your pet has a hard time. And the shower is nice if you are 3ft tall the shower head is eye level but other than that it was ok not the greatest but ok

Family visit

My sister and brother in law stayed with us. This was a wonderful alternative to a hotel. We were close to mom and the cottage was beautiful and well maintained. Wish i would have thought of this before. Next time we'll stay during the summer.

Cute cabin

Overall the cabin was very cute if a little small. My husband is over 6’0 tall and entering through the basement was a little difficult. Also was nearly impossible for him to take a shower in the short shower (think the showering scene from Elf). But the cabin was clean and well stocked with things we needed for our trip.
