Zamor Family Villa 1 is a modern holiday accommodation of 146sq.m in Mouzaki Zakynthos. t can accommodate up to 6 people, with a capacity of 1 extra person. It is ideal for families or groups of friends, looking to experience the warm hospitality of a contemporary villa in the Zakynthian countryside. It is located in a calm area, equipped with all modern amenities on the inside, having a smart layout at the same time. In the outdoor area you have an amazing pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, a dining area by the garden and shared BBQ facilities. The villa offers a parking spot within its fence and we do suggest renting a car for your stay, to better explore the island and facilitate your everyday transportations. Simply imagine having your breakfast on your balcony or enjoying the sun on the loungers by the pool listening to the sound of birds in the morning. hat is the perfect example of unique and relaxed summer holidays.

Zamor Family Villa 1 consists of two floors, which are connected through an internal staircase. A fully furnished kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with a flat TV as well as a fireplace are all located on the ground floor. One of its three bedrooms is set at the ground level with a double bed, plus a common bathroom with a bathtub and a small working space. The first floor includes an amazing balcony with wonderful views over the surrounding nature, a common bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, both with double beds and access to the balcony. All the bedrooms include capacious wardrobes while in the living room and in each bedroom, there is air conditioning to keep the in house temperature at your preferred levels.

A great advantage of the house is its location as it is built in a quiet area, but at the same time very close to Zakynthos town (9 km) and Agios Sostis (4,6 km). Agios Sostis is a developing touristic resort on the island with countless options in restaurants, bars, cafes, tourist shops and boat tours towards the turtle island. Zakynthos town has amazing walks to offer, by the harbor or through the picturesque Zakynthian alleys, where you will discover many stores and dining options that will surprise you.
