"Studio on the Lake" fue construido recientemente en 2018. Esta es una casa de 2,450 pies cuadrados que tiene tres dormitorios, tres baños y capacidad para 10 personas. Dormitorio 1: 1 cama king suite con un baño en el nivel principal. Mesa de comedor, bar y terraza.

Dormitorio 2: 1 cama king suite con un baño en el sótano.

Dormitorio 3: ¡2 camas queen en el área de loft con vista al nivel principal y tiene vistas sensacionales!

En el nivel principal se encuentra 1 sofá cama Queen extraíble con espuma de memoria y un baño completo principal adicional. Ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas. También hay una lavandería de tamaño completo para su comodidad.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de vidrio reciclado, lavaplatos y eliminación de basura. Comedor asientos dentro y por fuera. Hay cafeteras, tostadoras, licuadoras y mucho más para que su estadía sea más placentera.

Un área de comedor y una gran sala de estar están a solo unos pasos de la envoltura alrededor de la cubierta que da al agua. Hay una parrilla de gas y una parrilla Weber para su comodidad. Otra gran sala de estar y comedor en el sótano que sale y NO tiene PASOS al muelle / agua!

La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de vidrio reciclado, lavaplatos y eliminación de basura. Comedor asientos dentro y por fuera. Toda la casa es una casa inteligente, por lo que hay Internet de alta velocidad por fibra óptica y televisores inteligentes en toda la casa con sonido envolvente. ¡Traiga sus números de cuenta de Netflix y otros y se sentirá como en casa!

El muelle cubierto tiene dos ascensores, uno de ellos es de 6000 lb. para embarcaciones de 26 ’y más pequeño (no para pontones). Para embarcaciones más grandes, hay tacos a lo largo del muelle que puede amarrar. El segundo ascensor tendrá capacidad para uno o dos corredores de olas. Hay una gran terraza con un tobogán y pasos húmedos. La casa también tiene una gran caja de arena que se construyó en el lago hace más de 50 años y se ha reformado con arena nueva. Es una hermosa caja de arena con sombra. ¡Un lugar maravilloso para que jueguen los niños!

Si eres un artista, hay caballetes disponibles para tu uso. Este es mi estudio durante la temporada baja, y como la vista y el hogar son tan inspiradores para mí, ¡espero que ustedes también estén inspirados! Week long lake stay

The property itself was on a beautiful setting overlooking the lake of the Ozarks. Very quiet, peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there outside of a couple of blips of cleanliness and the grill was really in bad shape. We cleaned it up and had a very enjoyable week. Would highly recommend the spot.

Beautiful home, great location, very responsive and accommodating owners. Amazing views and comfortable setting. It is decorated so cute. Caught huge catfish right off the dock. Kitchen was well stocked for fixing meals for large group. Might be time to upgrade pots and pans but other than that, kitchen was great. Would definitely book again.

Family Vacation

Nice place, good location, good neighbors, close to a grocery store, swimming was awesome. With three families the loft room wasn't as private as we'd hoped but we knew that going in. Overall great place!

Perfect family lake house

We stayed with two families of 4 and had an amazing time. The house was perfect with beautiful views of the lake. The kids loved the dock and enjoyed playing and fishing off it. How’s were very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Memorial Day Fun!

We really enjoyed the view of the house being so close on the water. We laid in bed in the loft and watched the boats go by and a fireworks display. It was a very clean and well kept house and will made some great family memories!

Wonderful Stay!

We had wonderful stay. The home has an amazing view of the lake and the deck is perfect for relaxing along with enjoying the water and view. Saw many bald eagles flying by and other fun wildlife. The home is dog friendly, and they even provided a water bowl/feeding area for the dog. House was well stocked with the items needed for a stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home and enjoy our vacation.

Great House with Great views and amenities

This house was everything we hoped for and more. It’s really well taken care of and thought out for the guests. The dock with slide is a major plus, the kids absolutely loved it. Fishing off the dock was great for the kids, almost every cast and you catch a Bluegill. We really enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book again.

Amazing property!

This was an awesome lake house. We loved the openness of the house. The deck was great and we spent most of our time on the dock. We will reserve this place again same time next year, when boating on the lake it was quiet and relaxing . Thanks carol and Mel!

Perfection on the lake

Just checked out today after staying six nights and have already booked another week next year. We absolutely loved this property, it’s beautiful with all the comforts of home. Everything from the house to the dock was clean and well kept. We book a lake every year and cleanliness is always my number one priority. This house checked that box and many more. The water off the dock is deep and perfect for swimming, floating and fishing. We cannot wait to come back to this property next year. Thank you to the Greggs for sharing their amazing home!

Perfect lakeside home!

Our family of 7 stayed in this lake house for a week and it was perfect. It is in a wonderful spot tucked in a cove yet you could watch boats go by. The rock ledges going into the water and the boat Dick made for a great swimming area and floating on tubes. The house had every thing we needed and is very beautiful! The wrap around deck was amazing to have coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The owners were super nice & easy to work with. I cannot recommend this lake home enough!!

Beautiful home in a cozy area of the lake

We have 4 adult children and we had a 4 night 5 day stay and we absolutely loved the place and location. We sat in our saddles off the dock. We fished. We boated. We skied and wakeboarded. Ate at great restaurants, all by boat. Great relaxing trip. Thank you to Carol and Mel for taking such great care of us! Great quiet neighborhood with families and their fun dogs. Fantastic stay!

Fabulous Stay

The house was amazing. Everything was pretty much new, which I personally really like. The layout was great, a huge open living space and kitchen but the rooms provided wonderful privacy. We couldnt hear noise in other areas of the house when in our rooms (walls were not thin which is wonderful). Beds were so incredibly comfortable and the TV’s with app capabilities made it such a comforting stay for our kids. Check in and check out process was a breeze and simple. Thank you!! It was a great weekend full of memories!

Great house with a beautiful view

The house was great! It had lots of seating for our big group. The view of the lake was amazing. The only downside was the driveway, it’s VERY steep. When we were leaving, our minivan couldn’t make it up the hill so we had to empty it, carry everything up the hill, drive it up empty and put everything back in. Other than that, it was a great week!!

Wonderful House with Amazing Views!

My family and I had an amazing Labor Day weekend in this house. It’s tucked away in a peaceful cove which makes it ideal for floating around the dock. My nephew had a blast sliding down the slide!! The gated private dock was perfect for toddlers and our small dog to be out on without having to worry. My family and I loved the views with all the windows and we were able to see some fireworks at night. :) Host is super friendly and mailed back my mom’s pillowcase she left behind! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Love The Studio!

We stayed three nights and next time will definitely stay longer! Everything about this house was amazing. The photos don’t do it justice with the beautiful view and how bright and cheerful the house is by day. The lighting in the house also brings it to life at night. We had myself, my husband and two daughters, 11 and 13. They adored the loft and separate beds upstairs and the other two bedrooms are wonderful as well. We rented a boat on Friday and spent the day on the dock Saturday. We were blessed with amazing weather but had we not this house is so well equipped with 3 tv’s and space to be stuck inside if needed. The location on the lake was wonderful to be out of the main channel area, we headed slightly north for the girls to tube and felt very safe the entire time with little traffic around us. We definitely saw an uptick in traffic on Saturday but that made for great boat watching. Our girls adored the slide (remember to plug it in for water to flow :) ) We ate mainly at home and the house was so well equipped with anything needed to prep and cook. For two meals though we took the rental boat to Coconuts on Friday and had a 5 minute drive to Lake Burger Saturday and I believe the closest grocery was 15 minutes away so still very convenient. Truly can’t say enough about The Studio. It’s clear it is very well loved and cared for by Mel and Carol and that care is reciprocated by their guests.. I wish all home rentals could be this wonderful!

Paradise of the Ozarks

This is the 2nd time our family has rented this beautiful home. The location is perfect. Close to the hustle and bustle of Osage Beach's shopping, restaurants and bars. Although still far enough away for peace, quiet and the serenity of the lake. Lil' BassHole is a must ( 4 minutes down the road from the house) for the best pizza in Missouri. Warrior Fitness 10 minute drive if you need to get in a great workout. The house is clean, the decòr is beautiful, incredibly spacious and bright. You won't go wrong with this OUTSTANDING OZAR RENTAL !!! We'll be back next year, guaranteed !!

Enjoyable getaway on Lake of the Ozarks

We had a family get together of 3 couples at this exceptional rental right on the lake. The house was well furnished, nicely decorated, well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a turkey dinner for an early Thanksgiving. The surroundings were very peaceful and beautiful. It was a fall getaway so other than a little fishing from the dock, we did not use the lake or bring our boat. Good communications with the owner. If we ever return, we would rent this house again.

Beautiful A-frame w/Great Lake view

Great communication with owners, very helpful. Beautiful home/decor and space to spread out. Has everything you need for a lake vacation.

Perfect Parents’ Getaway

Our group of 3 married couples takes a Labor Day trip every year to get away (from the kids!). We could not be happier with our choice this year! The house is beautiful, well stocked, and Impeccably clean. The view from the back deck is amazing and we were able to catch a fireworks show Saturday night. We rented a boat on Saturday and relaxed the rest of the night at the house. Everything was in working order and we had no problems. The owners communicated with us and were always quick to answer emails. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
