This extremely clean and charming home was warm and cozy; it feels like a family home and not a generic rental. Our group was very comfortable and enjoyed the deck (despite some rain). The host was responsive, kind, and very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect.

The place was a perfect space to getaway from the City and getting to enjoy the outdoors that the county offers. From the best reclining sofas you could imagine, a well-stocked kitchen, perfect bathrooms to have some privacy and great updated amenities, with access to the rear deck to enjoy meals and viewings of fox, deer and racoons. The drive to town or nearby Nevada City is easy to get to and from the house, set back in the neighborhood to enjoy as much peace and quiet as one desires from the City life. I hope it's available next time because I'll sure book again.

Grass Valley Easy Living

Very nice well kept home. The open layout was great to have daughter and family over. Loved the various birds including 3 Tom turkeys and a dozen Hens. Time to nest. The deck is very big and open. We will book again next Spring.

Amazing stay

Our stay at this this property was absolutely perfect for our family. It exceeded all expectations, with every essential provided—fully stocked with coffee, seasonings, dishes, and more. The rooms were immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The photos didn’t do justice to how stunning the property truly is. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the beauty of the place. The location was ideal, offering easy access and plenty of parking. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, and the front yard was impeccably maintained. One of our favorite moments was enjoying coffee and midday lunches on the spacious backyard balcony, taking in the amazing views. The property provided ample space for the kids to safely explore and enjoy the natural surroundings. In every aspect, this property made our stay unforgettable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene and family-friendly retreat.

Beautiful stay in Grass Valley

Jonathan and Danielle were the ideal hosts and were prompt and thorough in their communication. Check in was super easy and clear and the house itself was so comfortable and beautiful. I would recommend this stay without reservation and would love to come again if I’m in the area!
