Huge room, after shower seat, comfy beds, coffee in room (and a stand in the parking lot with fancy coffee), pizza delivered within 20 minutes, not a franchise. Oh - this - there were two rolled cleaning rags on my motorcycle in the morning. Ace.

Everything is good except parking

Nice place, comfortable bed and room. Good customer support including a friendly call after we reserved the room, to make sure that they had everything we needed. The one thing that turned into a big issue will be got there, was parking. We were pulling a small trailer and there was no place to park with it. We had to try to back it into a single parking stall and leave the vehicle sticking out.

Not many places for fast food but chicken at grocery store was excellent! The bed was ok but I have a back problem and it was way to hard which did not give me much sleep. Stayed there before in a different room and the bed was great! Next time I reserve a room I will just request that I do not get that room again,

Greatest small town hotel find!

This was a last minute stay while traveling during some bad weather. It had recently been remodeled and was quite clean and comfortable. The staff was so accommodating and kind and gave us great local recommendations. Location was also great as it was across from a good mexican restaurant and next door to a gas station/ convenience store. A simple continental breakfast made it even that much nicer! About 2 hours after we checked out I got a call from the hotel because they found I had left my expensive coat in the room. They were quick to offer to mail it home for me. I so greatly appreciate thier amazing thoughtfulness and hospitality. They went above and beyond and I would recommend staying here if you're ever in Grangerville!

Pet friendly does not mean pets included

The room booked as a pet room required an additional $20.00 fee to actually have a pet in it. I booked the room on Hotels.com as a pet friendly room. Upon my reservation being completed online I was immediately contacted by the hotel to tell me if I was bringing a pet that I would need to pay an additional fee. The hotel told me that as the booking was done online they had no ability to offer me any work around to bring my pet other than paying their additional pet fee. I decided not to bring my pet and avoid the fee. Upon check in we went to settle into the room only to discover it was very warm in the room and the A/C was not working. Contacting the front desk I was told they had a work order in the fix the A/C but it would not be today. I asked to be moved to another room, I was informed that as I had used an online service they were unable to move me. I observed that the room we were in was not even the pet friendly room we had reserved online. I asked the front desk staff member to contact management to see if that was the final word on this matter as that did not satisfy us. The on call manager told the front desk person to move us to the pet friendly room that did end up having a functional A/C unit. It seemed that this property valued customers that book directly with them as a higher priority customer that one that uses an online booking site. I would contact them directly to make any future reservations if I was going to stay here again.
