It’s portrayed as an upscale hotel and one of the more expensive hotels in the area but the conditions are sub par. Earplugs on the nightstand, ac was leaking so the carpet was wet, noisy pipes, very basic room that was double the price of a bigger and nicer place at a lower rated hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.

The staff was very, very nice and I had great interactions with all of them. The bistro is very cute and breakfast/coffee was delicious! The hotel was renovated, but my room wasn't cleaned particularly well. Some of the surfaces hadn't been wiped down and the carpeting had a lot of staining and it's probably time to replace it with something darker. Overall, the staff made it a really pleasant stay and it worked well for the one night I needed.

We stayed in a family suite which was like a little apartment. We appreciated the cleanliness. The breakfast voucher was for only 2 people, and we were a family of eight so that didnt work for us.
