Step outside through the french doors and enjoy your morning coffee on the second floor deck. This floor also provides a primary bedroom with en suite bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar and cozy living. The upper level features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and separate family room with a murphy bed plus an additional full bath. The lower level family room offers a second murphy bed and full bath.

DINING:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils, as well as many convenience items such as a blender, toaster, and standard drip coffee maker. A dining table seats 4 with additional seating for 4 at the counter-top bar.

PARKING
One spot is available in front of the garage as well as two additional parking spots within the condo parking lot.

THE LOCATION
Just a quick walk down Jackson street you will find yourself in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Take a walk on the Boardwalk out to beautiful Grand Haven Pier and Lighthouse, spend a day at the beach, take a trolley ride or a charter fishing boat out to Lake Michigan. Spend the day shopping on Washington Street o. At night, be sure to catch a beautiful sunset over the Lake and watch the iconic Grand Haven Musical Fountain.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
