When I got there the front desk wasn’t very friendly. Asked him if it was possible if I can check in coming from a four hour drive worked a graveyard shift just wanted to lay down and a hot shower. My room wasn’t ready and he didn’t an accommodate me to another clean room. Finally after a few tries he finally put me in a double bed room that was open from the beginning… front deck person didn’t give me the WiFi pass nor show d me any of the hospitality that the hotel offers…

The guy that walked in before me with no reservations got a room for $70. But because I made a reservation they couldn’t change my rate or cancel without being charged. So I paid $103. Also tv didn’t work and ac didn’t work, Terrrrriiibbble experience to say the least.

Desk Clerk was unfriendly. She never made eye contact. Bedspread had two large stains. Hair in the shower. No shampoo. Terrible bed. I can feel every spring in the mattress.

Poor AC

The biggest issue I have with this hotel is the air conditioning. Anytime besides the winter it is hotter in the room than outside, but you can't open the windows. That leaves me as a female solo traveler the option of proving the door open (with the security lock in place), or melting in my room. Literally everything else is perfectly fine! It's clean, room service is great, the ice machine is easily accessible and every room I've stayed in here has a mini fridge & microwave.
