Sehr angenehmes Apartment nahe bei Ozean und City

Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Sehr nette Vermieter. Besonders die beiden Balkone sind ein Genuß. Und natürlich auch die Waschmaschine, die ermöglicht, dass der Koffer deutlich kleiner bleiben kann. Die Sonne ist spätestens um 11.00h auf dem Balkon und dann bis zum Abend gegen 18.00h, wenn sie untergeht. Der Blick links geht zum Medano-Strand, geradeaus zum Tejita-Strand und nach rechts zum Teide. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und einen "Kellerraum", in dem die Strandsachen zur Verfügung stehen.

Great one bedroom apartment with sea views and view towards Montana Roya. Quiet location only five minute walk to the town centre and one minute walk to the beach.

Kleine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau richtig für 2 Personen und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist leicht zu pflegen und die Waschmaschine ist Gold wert! Auf dem Balkon ist ab ca 11.00h Sonne. Und man hat sogar einen kleinen Blick auf die Kitesurfer-Schirme. Sehr netter Vermieter!

Heerlijk appartement.

Heerlijk appartement met het balkon op de juiste plek. Genoten van het uitzicht op zee en de zonsondergang iedere avond. Kan in de zomer wel erg warm zijn vol in de zon. Schoon en alles aanwezig wat je kunt bedenken. Top week gehad.

Very nice apartment, very close to the windsurfing beach. A beautifully decorated and full equipped apartment located in Residencial Los Patios next to the windsurfer beach. It has two two bedrooms, wifi, smart TV, a private terrace and solarium with views (Montaña Roja and sea) .

Top Fewo für surfer

Eine super Wohnung. Wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ideal für Surfer und Kiter wegen seiner Lage und weil es einen großen Kellerraum für das Surfmarterial gibt. Ausserdem stellen die Vermieter viele Spielsachen für den Strand zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts in der Küche. Wir haben vor allem die ruhige Lage und den grossen Balkon geschätzt, wo wir die Abendsonne geniessen konnten. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

El apartamento está en la mejor zona de El Medano lejos del ruido del centro y a pocos metros de la playa (hay que bajar un peatonal). Esta super bien equipado y para el bebé nos facilitarón todo y también caseta contra rayos UVA para la playa y hasta otro carro y bicy para nuestro niño mayor. Está muy decorado y los niños se sentían como en casa con tantos juguetes.... Repetiremos seguro. Lo único negativo es que no admiten mascotas y no pudimos llevar a nuestro bichón.

Perfekte Fewo für Familien und Surfer

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und ausserordentlich aufmerksam. Sie haben uns viele Extras für unser Baby zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Was uns am meisten gefallen hat, sind die grosse und super ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Ofen, drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, ausreichend Geschirr etc) und der grosse Balkon, wo wir essen und die Nachmittagssonne in den Liegen geniessen konnten. Ausserdem war der Abstellraum für die Kite-Sachen äusserst praktisch, die Nähe zum Surferstrand ist auch top. Der Garagenplatz ist vor allem am Wochenende sehr praktisch, da die Strassen vollgeparkt sind. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!! Albert S.

Fabuloso apartamento para familias

Elegimos el apartamento por su proximidad al mar, tranquilidad y gran terraza, pero nos encantó el amplio equipamiento para niños y bebés, la amabilidad de los propietarios y que había de todo para la cocina y también lavavajillas. El trastero es muy amplio, pero era de uso compartido con otro cliente. Repetiremos seguro.

vacanza all'insegna del confort e relax

Era la nostra terza vacanza a el medano ma mai in questo appartamento. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti e soddisfatti da come è attrezzata la casa e dal benvenuto che ci hanno riservato: acqua, vino, biscotti, un regalino per mio figlio! Direi che per una famiglia con bimbi dai 0 ai 12/13 anni e' l'ideale! Non riesco a fare un elenco, posso solo dire che c'è tutto e anche di più! tantissimi giochi per bambini (per la spiaggia e per la casa) seggiolone, passeggino, tavola da bodyboard, pattini a rotelle e così via. Per gli adulti, lettini da spiaggia, asciugamani la spiaggia, tantissime pentole per chi desidera cucinare, libri, mappe....insomma come se fossimo nella nostra casa al mare! troppo bello! la prossima volta che torneremo potrò portare con me meno bagagli! inoltre l'appartamento era grande, pulito, luminoso, a 1 minuto dalla passeggiata principale di el medano e dalla spiaggia. Insomma noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e ricontatteremo sicuramente Judit la prossima volta! inoltre nonostante al piano di sotto ci fossero altri due bimbi piccoli non abbiamo mai sentito troppi rumori in quanto gli appartamenti sono ben insonorizzati. Grazie di tutto a presto!

schöne Wohnung mit tollem Balkon in bester Lage

Wir haben 14 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Am besten hat uns der große Balkon gefallen, der mit Tisch, Stühlen und sogar 2 Liegen ausgestattet war, windgeschützt und den ganzen nachmittag Sonne. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, ausgerichtet eher auf 2 kleinere Kinder, da im Kinderzimmer ein Etagenbett steht. Für uns war es , obwohl unser Sohn über 1,90 groß ist, optimal, da uns sowohl ein extra Ausklappbett, sowie ein aufblasbares Gästebett zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, so dass der "Lange" seine langen Beine auch nachts ausstrecken konnte. Ebenfalls optimal für Kiter / Surfer, da es einen extra Abstellraum auch für Surf/Kite Material gibt und sogar einen Garagenplatz, so dass unser Mietwagen quasi in Sicherheit war und wir an "vollen" Tagen keinen Parkplatz suchen mussten. Der Weg zum Surf/Kite Strand dauert keine 3 Minuten und da in Medano ja fast immer Wind ist, konnten mein Mann und mein Sohn sich richtig austoben!! Toll war auch die Küchenausstattung, mit großem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und eigentlich allem,was man als Hausfrau braucht!!!! Einziges kleines Minus war aus Sicht unserer 14 jährigen Tochter, dass das Kinderzimmer (und das ist wie gesagt für kleinere Kinder perfekt) zuviel Spielsachen und Kleinkinderspielzeug enthielt, mit dem sie mit 14 natürlich nicht mehr soviel anfangen konnte, und dass im Wohnzimmer nicht 4 Personen auf dem Sofa Platz hatten, aber da wir eh wenig fern gesehen haben, war das nicht weiter schlimm. Wlan frei, alle deutschen Sender..... alles in allem für unsere Erwartungen Bestnote 5 Sterne!!!

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten diese schöne Ferienwohnung für unseren lang ersehnten Urlaub im Süden für 10 Tage gemietet und waren überaus zufrieden. Positiv aufgefallen waren von Anfang an die moderne Ausstattung, der frische Eindruck der gesamten Einrichtung und die vielen Extras, die uns nicht lange haben suchen oder überlegen lassen. Das extra Zimmer mit Kinderbett für unseren kleinen Sohn waren praktisch, auch eine Vielzahl der vorhandenen Spielsachen, vorallem der Buggy und der Strandwagen. So mussten wir nicht viele Dinge kaufen oder im Flugzeug transportieren. Der Strand liegt nur kurz entfernt und auch um morgens Brötchen zu kaufen, war es zu Fuß nicht weit. Die Vermieter waren zuvorkommend und wir hatten einen guten Kontakt mit ihnen. Gerne würden wir hier wieder Urlaub machen!

Top Ferienwohnung für Familien

Wir haben zwei Wochen sehr schöne Ferien in diesem Appartment erlebt. Die nähe zum Sandstrand und die ruhige Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ausserdem ist die Wohnung neu und sehr gut ausgestattet mit alles für Kinder. Die Balkone sind windgeschützt und wir konnten noch abends dank dem fantastischen Wetter draussen sitzen. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und motiviert. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.
