Modern duplex apartment with pool & beach views. Paris & New York themed bedrooms, London & Egyptian styled lounge & hall. It even has a Balinese zen garden. 1 minute walk to supermarket, 9 bars, shops, & park with child's play area. Spoilt for choice as Indian, Chinese, French, tapas & American dining experiences await. 100 steps away from the legendary Pirate Beach Bar on a mile-long sandy beach. Bus stop a 2 min walk & airport a 10 min drive. A perfect location for a perfect vacation. The duplex apartment is set over floors 2 and 3 (top floor) so there is nobody overlooking the terrace which looks across the beautiful community gardens and then out to sea. The sunsets can be spectacular. The master bedroom has a big double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 singles that can be pushed together. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area that turns into another double bed. 2 full size bathrooms with walk in showers are available on both floors. Guests have the entire home to themselves, They also have free access to the community gardens and pool area. Fast WiFi throughout the apartment and a workstation. La Tejita is a great starter location for exploring the island and is a hikers and cyclists dream. Away from the noise of Playa de las Americas but still only a bus ride away.

The place was clean, great, comfy and pretty, had everything you may need. The welcome book had every information you may need, also thought about easy access to information about main activities. Location is perfect, very close to the ocean, really just 100 steps to the beach and the beach is one of the nicest, no pebbles, just sand and easy to get sunbeds. Pool access also very easy and quick. The host was super welcoming, gave really detailed instructions of everything, even where the car could be parked and how to get there from airport in different ways etc. And in case of a need, responded to messages at any time and very quickly. Can tell only the best and are already planning on staying there again!
