Very disappointing and stressful experience.
We arrived with children, including a child with autism, and the closest parking was about a block away, which made arrival difficult with luggage and kids. Once inside, the air conditioning was not working properly.
We spent around three hours trying to get the issue resolved and waiting for their technician. The technician eventually confirmed that the air conditioning could not be fixed. In Granada summer heat, working AC is not a luxury; it is a basic necessity, especially when traveling with children.
Their only alternative was another accommodation that would have been even more complicated for us to move to with kids and luggage. Because the apartment was not suitable to stay in, we had no choice but to leave and book another place for the night.
What made the situation worse was the lack of real accountability afterward. Instead of taking full responsibility for providing an apartment that was not usable, we had to fight to be treated fairly.
This was an avoidable and very stressful experience. I would not recommend this property for families or anyone who needs a reliable, properly maintained place to stay.
