Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath- glassfront house overlooking the Atlantic ocean- Ocean views from every room. White/pink sand beach-walk for miles in powder soft sand either way- you probably wont see anyone else!!
Walk down the stairs to your own beach with fantastic snorkeling reefs. The house is air conditioned, 2 miles from the Governors Harbour Airport and 10 minutes from Governors Harbour settlement with grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and gas stations.

My husband & I just spent 9 days at Bootsies & we haf a wonderful time! The view from the house & deck are amazing & the beach is beautiful. We didn't get to swim as it was very windy when we were here so we spent most of the time at Receivers Beach which was only 5 minutes from the house. We would love to come back one day soon.

Location was perfect. Property very clean. Kitchen well stocked - Both Barbara and the caretaker communicated quickly when we had questions. This will now be our go to place to stay in Eleuthera. Loved it!!

Wonderful property with beautiful views of the ocean from the back of the house that is all sliding glass doors. Lounge chairs on back deck made sunbathing and star gazing perfect. Very comfy beds, pillows and furniture. Lots of clean towels for bath & beach. Barbi is very professional and responsive. Excellent to work with. Overall a perfect stay.

The house was clean and great layout for teens on one side and parents on other. Only wished for a little shade on the back deck to enjoy the views in the major heat wave. Great proximity to Gov Harbour!

Barbi is incredible and so quick to respond. The house is absolutely beautiful! The views when you first walk out on the deck are breathtaking. The people that live in town are some of the nicest we’ve ever met. Already want to plan a trip back here!!!

Perfect beach getaway

The property was fantastic - and perfect for a beach getaway. The views from the house are truly spectacular. There were ample beach towels, floats, snorkel gear and coolers, so we didn't need to bring anything. We will definitely be back to this property! Thanks to Barbara and Byron for a wonderful stay.
