We had some issues with our tv and light flickering, but all got resolved very easily. We were able to park the car up and not use it for 4 days by walking and getting the bus. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool area too.

The complex is a older style for business it was OK. A recommendion is to replace the old hot water jug cost about $8.00 and have the dooner cover on the bed replaced $40.00. Little things like this make a stay mush more comfortable.

reception closed so i left the key in the room when i left and could not exit carpark without the key no emergency exit and was told they would charge me $50.00 to come and open the door to the carpark this is a massive safety hazard

Hotel is in a good location near the beach. Roadwork outside the hotel made it difficult to park. Poor amenities .. no bottled water, no shampoo or conditioner provided. The shower had no space to put soap. The bed was old and saggy.. needs an update.

The hotel itself is excellent, with great service and a wonderful location! However, due to ongoing construction, there were a few unfortunate downsides. Noise started as early as 6:40 a.m. and continued until about 6:00 p.m., and at times I had to wait for construction equipment to clear the way before exiting the parking area. These disruptions were through no fault of the hotel staff, but they did impact the overall experience. Once construction is complete, I imagine the stay will be much more seamless.

It’s a great spot, the room was spacious and comfortable. Having a couple of plates and some cutlery would’ve made it much better! The noise from the road work outside was bearable, with the double glazing. We are definitely going to stay there again.
