We've had an amazing stay at Hilton Surfer's Paradise. Place is very conveniently located, with access to the beach and many shops and restaurants nearby. The service staff here are all very helpful and friendly. The ladies at the lounge were very nice and accomodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet spread was top-notch in its quality and variety, compared to the hotels we visited in Queensland so far. Cathy, one of the service staff, was very friendly and helpful, despite the hectic crowd in the morning. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and counter staff made us feel very welcome. Parking was ample and convenient, though the traffic along the road to the hotel can be very heavy at peak hours. All in all, I'm very impressed with the level of service and definitely would consider a Hilton hotel for my next trip

Our room was spacious and had a great view. The additional toilet to make 3 was amazing with 7 people staying. Staff were helpful and we were able to use the pool on the day of our check out until we needed to depart which was great.

If you have a car, don’t stay in this hotel. You need at least one hour to get in or out of this streets because the street is one way and in the centre of surfer paradise have one entry. If no car then easy to walk and central location. Bathrooms are not clean and are full of mould. Breakfast is average but good and not the best. For Three nights, we paid $2850 for three days. In further I will stay in different place.

Everything was awesome we really loved our stay with the Hilton a few minor things that could’ve been better Firstly the Dryer didnt turn off even with a clean filter we felt the Aircon could’ve been a bit stronger took a long time to cool the room down And I felt the gym needed more weights maybe a barbell bench But apart from there you can’t really falt them Everything else was spot on clean tidy quiet wicked view To be honest wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in the Gold Coast
