Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning wasn't cool enough (I usually find it too cold). The bed wasn't comfortable and the springs were noisy. The person on the grill at breakfast was not friendly, was absent for quite some time and there was a lineup for fried eggs. Overall it was a good stay and the negatives didn't bother us.

Great stay in corner room 1601. Facilities great and a short walk to the most amazing beach. The only downside being the buffet breakfast could have been warmer. Other than that, perfect hotel in a perfect location near to a tram station. Would definitely stay again.

He was attentive, approachable, and made sure all our needs were met with a smile.The guy check us in was very nice. The staff at both the restaurant and bar were equally impressive. We've stayed in both the standard ocean view and premium ocean view rooms, and both were excellent in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
