Quite good and very bad. Common areas are great, room in desperate need of repair and renovation. View was good. Location is great. Bathroom was terrible - filthy tiles, centre piece of shower screen missing, no soap tray or even towel rails, cheap (and old) fittings. Bed was nice. Carpet was poor. Tv and lounge jammed into a corner where neither fit. And having to pay extra for car parking, which I was only advised AFTER paying the non-refundable room fee borders on false and misleading advertising. I have photos of everything - don’t seem to be able to add them to this review

Bit frightened this morning as we were outside waiting on coach to airport when three lads arrived and were trying to get into beachcomer without card and wanted ours, i do think they were high on drugs maybe be but i am sure if you got cameras for the entrance area you will see there actions.

Overpriced.

Location is good but this is a place that is very run down. They even have posters near lifts showing the vision of the to be refurbished pool area. I’d start with the rooms. Outdated, beds are lumpy, bathrooms are very out of date. You should be given a prize if you successfully navigate your way to your room for an early evening check in. No staff at night or in the morning. Way over priced for what it is. Location is convenient but noisy - Street noise at night and early morning.

Fine aside from the potentially dangerous flooring to the kitchen area that’s almost an inch higher than the rest of the floor. I ended up putting the sign for the wifi code on the floor so I’d look down at every time after tripping nearly 20 times on the first afternoon and falling twice

The stay was ok but the the bedrooms are next to the next rooms balcony, we had people in the next room on there balcony talking and having a party at 3am we couldn’t sleep and had to get up early the next day, it was so annoying and it’s all because of the way the hotel has put there rooms right next the balcony for the next room very disappointed in that didn’t have enough sleep.
