The property itself was nice. However, some things expected from a hotel were missing like soap and facewashers in the bathrooms, there were no working remote controls for the TVs, the free wifi didn't work (limited) and the lamp in the small bedroom didn't work. The single beds were very rickety (not suitable for a heavy person), noisy and uncomfortable. More specific instructions on exactly where the lockbox is would have been useful. Better communication at the time of booking about check in and check out procedures would have been useful. Is the website I was required to upload a photo of my drivers license secure?
