Long Beach House: Large, comfortable home just 285 ft from the white sands!

This large and comfortable vacation home is just steps from the white sands of Long Beach--a perfect summer location! Built in the early 1900's, much of its early charm still remains but is augmented with an updated kitchen and many amenities.

On the ground floor there is living room with plenty of seating and a 32" tv. The large kitchen has a pass-through to the casual dining room, perfect for easy post-beach meals. There is also a queen bedroom and full bathroom with a shower on the main floor as well as a "kid's nook" with child-size table & chairs as well as many games and books.

Upstairs are 4 additional bedrooms -- three with full-sized beds and one with 3 twin beds. There are also two upstairs bathrooms. One is a small 1/2 bath (powder room) and the other is a full bathroom with shower.

There is a large yard with a swing set, a gas grill and outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after the beach. A large screened-in porch at the front of the house has a dining table as well as plenty of comfortable chairs for lounging and relaxing. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway, but you will leave the cars at home and just walk to the beach. Long Beach House is the perfect family beach house getaway!

Long Beach hidden beauty

Big house large enough to fit my family of four and my brother and sister in law and their two kids with plenty of room. Two full baths and one half definitely came in handy and half bath was like icing on top. All of the fresh linens being there was a huge bonus. The walk to the beach was so short! We didn't even need the beach cart. And at night we had bonfires on the beach, so fun! Surfside Subs being so close came in handy on several occasions, for lunches, dinners and ice cream. In the house, there were plenty of places to sit and relax, including a screened in porch, and there were plenty of places to sit and eat as a family, which we took advantage of. One request for the management company - we had landscapers arrive before 7:00 am one morning and woke everyone up in the house. Could they come later in the day?

We totally loved Long Beach House. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We also loved the yard with the swing set and outdoor shower. It was great being so close to the beach! I'd definitely stay here again!
