King bed with TV and workspace in bedroom, new sliding doors to patio equipped with propane fire pit, outdoor sectional, and grill. Newly remodeled bathroom off the main bedroom with double sink, bath/shower combo. Large living room space with reclining sectional, 85” 4K TV, electric fireplace. Kitchen with 5 burner gas stove with oven, fridge, and dishwasher. 6 person dining table.

Centrally located single family home 10 minute walk from downtown Gilroy and 1 mile from Gilroy Premium Outlets, as well as short driving distance to many wineries in Gilroy and Morgan Hill. Bedroom has King Bed with TV, wardrobe space, and mirror. Bath (newly remodeled) with dual sinks. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Fully stocked with pots&pans, cooking utensils , plates, cups, and silverware. Living space included large section recliner with smart 4k TV. Dining space for 6 with wine rack, wine fridge, and wine glasses. Large fenced in front yard and cozy back patio with outdoor sectional, propane fire pit, and grill.

Access to main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room. Outdoor back patio area and fenced in front yard. Garage, main closet, and 2nd bedroom locked off and no access. No access to laundry.
