Avoid at All Costs! The Arbuckle Hotel is a Nightmare! If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay at The Arbuckle Hotel was an absolute disaster from the moment I walked into my room. At first glance, everything seemed fine—until I opened the closet and found a dead mouse just lying there. Disgusted, I immediately went down to the front desk and requested that someone remove it and have housekeeping clean the room. Nothing happened. After waiting far too long, I had to rely on a friend to remove the dead rodent myself. Still no sign of housekeeping. Frustrated, I went back down to the front desk to ask again, but at this point, I had lost all hope in their customer service. Instead, I was handed a vacuum and disinfectant wipes—yes, you read that right—I was left to clean my own room. But the nightmare didn’t end there. After I cleaned up as best as I could, I went to pull out the sofa bed for my daughters—only to discover mouse droppings scattered all over it and a dirty sheet still on the bed! That was the final straw. Not only was this hotel filthy beyond words, but they also refused to take responsibility for it. I packed up my daughters immediately and left, desperate to find a place that wasn’t crawling with filth. Thankfully, the Wingate had one last room available, and we escaped this absolute health hazard of a hotel. The Arbuckle Hotel is a disgrace. They did NOTHING to fix the situation, and their complete lack of cleanliness and customer service is appalling.

This hotel is definitely showing it's age. It needs some upgrades and major deep cleaning. The beds are so uncomfortable. Friendly customer service and great breakfast, though.

We checked in all was fine however when we got to our room there was a loose panel outside on the eve of the building that was making very loud noise in the wind. We called the front desk the lady came up saw our delema and said not a problem let me move you to another room. When my wife went down to the reservation desk she was informed that Because we used a third party to make the reservation they couldn’t move us. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL NOT USE EXPIEDIA AGAIN IF THIS IS HOW WE ARE TREATED.

Clean and could be nice but couldn't watch the TV as internet was too slow and even after getting assistance, still didnt work. Also we got 2 rooms and the fan on the heater was broken and loud so had to relocate to another room.

Rude staff at check out. How dare we complain that their plumbing doesn't work and we could not bathe during our trip. Pretty sure employees are using drugs in the rooms while they're supposed to be cleaning them. Would not ever consider staying here again and would highly discourage anyone from considering this overpriced nightmare of a hotel.

This property is in serious disrepair. Don't stay here if you need a shower. They must be making repairs to their plumbing. We could not bathe during our stay. Staff is generally rude except for the gal that checked us in originally. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend to anyone traveling with children especially.
