Very nice facility with plenty of parking. Very friendly staff and great property for the money. The only problem is that their beach service closes at 4:00 pm. Little too early.

Relaxed atmosphere throughout the property, spotlessly clean and even have shower rooms for you when you have vacated your room on departure day. Fantastic buffet breakfast. The only downside is people reserving beds by the pool for hours without using them. The beach is to the rear of the property however the beds are expensive and should be included in your stay price.

Un Soggiorno Straordinario – Come Sentirsi a Casa Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati al Grand President Hotel di Siderno, abbiamo capito di essere in un posto speciale. Francesco e Antonio, i due ragazzi giovani al bar, sono stati una vera gioia: sempre cordiali, attenti e pieni di energia. Manuela è stata eccezionale, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande disponibilità e cuore. La nostra cameriera, Jovanna, è stata fantastica. La stanza era sempre impeccabile – gentile, premurosa e davvero perfetta. Alla reception, Antonio è stato molto professionale e calmo, mentre Domenico ha reso semplice l’estensione del soggiorno. Nadia è stata preziosa, sempre pronta ad aiutarci con efficienza e sorriso. Impossibile non menzionare Giuseppe e Roberto – due veri gioielli. Giuseppe è stato paziente, disponibile e gentilissimo. Highly recommend

Love the hotel and all of the amenities, activities, and food choices offered. The private beach was perfect and with the restaurants, bars, and pools one wouldn’t have to leave to hotel if they did not want to. My one dissatisfaction is the service overall was very slow - everything from questions to check in was a 15-20min process. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this to friends and family!

I did not appreciate the additional costs they incurred for beach chairs and umbrellas You pay you get better service If it’s a private beach it should be equal for all Also I was staying in a villa and I needed a cart to get around the front desk kept asking me if I was unable To walk…. If the amenities are so far from each there shouldn’t be any reason for them to ask

Very large hotel with nice beach (need water shoes) and two pools. The pools were lovely, we enjoyed swimming in the large one. Good hotel but the signs and rules irritated me a bit. Signs saying things like you must wear a swim hat in the pool - nobody did fortunately but still signs with lists of rules. Also you booked your beach loungers at 8:30 if you wanted a free one (most had a charge!) and no way to give it back, so despite beach often empty, we had to sit at the back or conform to the 8:30 queues. There should be a method to say when they can be reallocated. I didn’t like paying for beach towels (only 2e each) or to book the ‘better’ beach loungers. Expensive to get the level with proper uv protection umbrellas as opposed to quaint woven holey ones. Water beautifully clear and plenty of life guards. Hiring paddle boards was fun. Breakfast buffet great. But again rules - you had to go to the location allocated to your room and have a card scanned per person - one per group not enough. Quite a long walk or short drive from Naxos harbour/main beaches, but restaurants and shops nearby. Room average, cleaning good. Overall happy with the hotel despite it feeling impersonal and not luxurious. A good basic family hotel with good facilities on a nice steeply shelved beach (stones into the water and drops off fast). Our son is 14 so we didn’t need kids clubs etc but they looked good. I miss going to the kids disco :(

Overall the property was ok. We had a big problem with ants in our room which was very unfortunate. They did offer to clean and spray the room but that did not help The town of Giardini Naxos where this hotel is located does not have much going on and is quite a walk to get to the marina area. What we did like was the pool and beach area. Just wonderful! The breakfast was mediocre. If I returned to this area I would have chosen somewhere else.

I would never recommend Naxos area and that hotel

We saw cockroaches and the hotel manger laughing offered a room with a shower so small I couldn’t fit in it and more cockroaches .That area in Sicily isn’t a good area for a family we had actual had armed guards at the entrance . We left this property after 2 nights . I had to beg the manager at the Taromina grand excelsior for a room for my family . I asked the hotel for a refund for the 3 nights the hotel manager said it’s up to your company and took no responsibility. My family was happy to leave Una hotel. BYW my wife and I have thousands of followers on X, Facebook and instagram
