Paguei pelo quarto superior com cama king size , chegando lá me deram um quarto pequeno com uma cama comum alegando que havia chegado um hóspede especial e que o dono teria dado o meu quarto para ele, tive que esperar 3 dias para ir para o quarto que eu tinha pagado a mais pq tinha um hóspede mais especial que eu no local, me senti ofendido
