Selva 1 apartment is located on the upper level of the La Selva residential complex, situated in the scenic hills of Ghiffa. The entrance leads into the large bright living-dining area with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, satellite TV, a fireplace (not working) and a large table for 8. The living room opens out onto the beautiful awning-covered terrace,, large dining table, chairs and sun beds, and a wonderful panoramic view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a small utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The living room leads to the sleeping area with one twin bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom and the master bedroom, with access to the terrace overlooking the lake, a separate dressing room and a large bathroom with double sink and large glass shower . A staircase from the living room leads up to a loft with two single beds an ample wardrobe. 100 meters from the flat is the Selva sports center with a large outdoor pool included in price, sun deck and bar, tennis courts (with a fee). The lake with beaches and sailing center is a 2-minute drive down the hill. Just outside the building there is parking area for guests and owners.
