Wunderbarer Seeblick

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar, direkter Blick auf den See. Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig! Der Boden des Bades wurde über Wochen nicht mehr geputzt und es dauerte sehr, sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser lief (in Bad und Küche). Auch die Spinnweben, in jedem Raum, waren nicht sehr angenehm. Ein klarer Pluspunkt jedoch sind die Matratzen, wir haben sehr gut darauf geschlafen. Aus dieser Wohnung könnte man eine Traumunterkunft machen....

Grandiose Aussicht von der Terrasse

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Speziell die Terrasse und die Aussicht ist zu jeder Tageszeit ein Genuss. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge, Auto ist aber meist erforderlich, da der Fußweg nach Luino doch recht lang und beschwerlich ist. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns ein echtes Bett statt Ausklappbett gewünscht. Wir haben hier eine sehr angenehme Woche verbracht!

Traumhafter Ausblick auf den Lago

Die Lage der Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Der wunderbare Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore war das Highlight. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort war sehr gut. Die Küchengeräte sind allerdings etwas veraltet und nicht besonders sauber,und man merkt, dass schon lange niemand mehr in der Wohnung war.Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Très bon séjour.

Bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le Lac Majeur depuis le grand balcon. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce logement très bien situé, à 3 minutes du centre ville. L'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel, avec une déco sobre et de bon goût. Nous vous le recommandons.

Schöne Fewo mit herrlichem Seeblick

FeWo entspricht im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung. Gut ausgestattet, kann man immer wieder empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Lediglich die Ameisen.. überall, Küche, Wo-Zi, Schlaf-Zi, Bad (in der Dusche, auf dem Clodeckel, im Waschbecken...), die haben es sogar bis in unser Auto geschafft. Köderdosen (erhältlich in jedem Supermarkt) schaffen Abhilfe. Ansonsten ruhige Lage - was will man mehr? Ohne Auto fängt man jedoch nicht viel an. Germignaga und Luino: Schöne Uferpromenade - lädt ein zum verweilen. Auch die Innenstädte laden zum verweilen und bummeln ein. Es macht Laune in einem der zahlreichen Bars oder Cafes einen Espresso zu trinken oder ein Eis zu essen. Die Tourist-Info: eine einzige Zumutung - man bekommt zu nichts eine Auskunft, entweder wollte die Dame nicht oder konnte tatsächlich keine Auskunft geben... Mit dem Schiff kann man die umliegenden Orte günstig erreichen, was auch zu empfehlen ist.
