* Before departure, secure the home, place used dishes in the dishwasher, and start a cleaning cycle.

* Garbage collection is Friday; please place the bins outside Thursday evening.

* Set the thermostat to 70°F and turn off any window air-conditioning units before departure.

* Exterior cameras monitor the front-door area. There are no cameras inside.

* Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.

* Propane tanks are available for the gas grill, but propane levels are not supplied or monitored.

Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day.



Lawn care may occur during your stay. Snow-removal crews also work to keep the property accessible, although delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
