The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar service was very slow. We waited for almost 15 minutes to order a drink. Waited another 20 minutes for it to come before we decided to walk off to find another establishment.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sopot, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location of this hotel other than the Grand is superb! Absolutely love it and have stayed there few years ago. This is a very nice hotel but, it’s time for room upgrades. It’s overdue. I stayed there a few years back and it looks a bit beat up. One thing that I did dislike about this place is the amount of dogs people had. Don’t get me wrong, I love my dog and love to travel but, this was a bit much. Also, the room cleaning service needs to improve I’d give it a 2 out of 5. Breakfast fantastic, spa amazing and top on line gym!
