Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung ein paar schöne Tage verbracht, allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Die Vorhänge und Mückengitter sind in keinem guten Zustand – die Stangen fallen teilweise ab und die Netze sind alle kaputt. Auch bei der Ausstattung gab es Schwierigkeiten: nicht alle Lampen funktionieren, der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig, Die Spülmaschine lässt sich nur sehr schwer öffnen. Das Badezimmer ist etwas improvisiert, vor allem der Duschvorhang wirkt provisorisch. Zudem hat der Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche leider nicht geklappt.Die Anfahrt über die Schotterpiste ist wirklich abenteuerlich, man sollte rund 20 Minuten bis nach Caldana einplanen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und lädt absolut zum Entspannen ein – mit ein paar neuen, nicht verrosteten Liegen wäre er jedoch noch schöner.Die Wohnung hat grundsätzlich Potential, mit einigen Reparaturen, einer besseren Ausstattung und etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei den Details könnte es ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt werden.

Ferien in der Stille

Das Ferienhaus ist gut, die Schnakenfenster undicht, an der Tür fehlt Schnakenschutz ganz. Draussen konnten wir ohne Schnakenschutz von Kopf bis Fuss gar nicht sein.Die Küchenschränke muffeln, alles was ich aus dem Schrank nahm auch. Feuchtigkeit? Mit kleinen Anpassungen wird es sehr gut.Die 2,5 km lange Zufahrt auf der Schotterpiste war abenteuerlich und anstrengend. Der Platz ist wunderbar still und das haben wir gesucht zur Erholung.

Erholsamer, entspannender Urlaub mit wohlfühl Aspekt in der Toskana

Wer einen wirklich erholsamen, entspannenden Urlaub in ruhiger, traumhafter Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig und wird nicht enttäuscht. Das liebevoll eingerichtete und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattete, typische toskanische kleine Ferienhaus incl. großem beheizten Pool findet man, umgeben von Weinstöcken und Olivenhainen, nachdem man eine insgesamt ca. 5 Km lange asphaltierte- danach Schotterstrecke fährt, abseits gelegen in den Bergen. Und spätestens dabei fängt das "Abenteuer" Urlaub an. Hier haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt, konnten prima entspannen, die Seelen baumeln lassen, aber auch Touren / Wanderrungen / Besichtigungen oder Strandbesuche starten. Wertvolle Tipps bekamen wir auch von den dt. Eigentümern, die wir zu unserer Zeit kennenlernen durften (nicht ständig anwesend), in einem separaten Haus wohnten, aber sowas von angenehm und freundlich, diskret und zurückhaltend waren, obwohl sie gerne für Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen / stehen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, daß wir sogar noch um eine Woche, auf 3 Wochen insgesamt, verlängern konnten und es auf gar keinen Fall unser letzter Urlaub dort war. Wir kommen wieder und können es auch wirklich von ganzem Herzen nur empfehlen.

Abgeschiedenheit auf dem Land

Weg von der täglichen Hektik, reduziert auf das Allernotwendigste mit dem Luxus eines „eigenen“ Swimmingpools und einer tollen Aussicht in die Natur. Einfachste Einrichtung in „ferienwohnungüblichem“ Standard.

Sehr schönes Haus in absoluter Alleinlage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war zu der zeit sehr heiß; ohne den großen, erfrischenden Pool wären wir wahrscheinich eingegangen... Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung.

La casa è troppo isolata anche se è immersa nella quiete maremma e la natura è fantastica.Negozi troppo distanti. La TV solo in lingua tedesca .L' odore del bagno insopportabile non è possibile vivere in una casa con un terribile odore di pozzo nero.pagando quelle cifre.L'acqua invece è abbondante anche sempre a temperatura. L'aria è meravigliosa ,ma quella è della Toscana!!!

Soggiorno fantastico

Posto favoloso per chi cerca tranquillità, silenzio ed intimità in mezzo alla natura, che era quello che cercavamo con la mia famiglia. La casa è bellissima e molto comoda, la proprietà anche, così come la piscina. L'agente immobiliare è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto professionale. Ringrazio sia l'agente che il proprietario per tutto quanto: torneremo certamente !!

Ungepflegt!

Das Haus wie auch das Anwesen inkl. Pool waren sehr ungepflegt. Wie auch die elektrischen wie Sanitären Installationen. Zudem wurde das Haus nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Pool ist nicht in Hausnähe, wurde im Inserat nicht erwähnt. Mehrere Kontakte mit dem Verwalter vor Ort waren nötig. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und schade, dass das schöne Anwesen nicht besser gepflegt wird. Wir fühlten uns verarscht und mussten zudem den Betrag im Voraus bezahlen, was nicht üblich ist. 50/50 wäre fair.
