Great for a quick stay. Service is not the best. A smile goes a long way... There wasn't even someone at the desk when we left for checkout. For the price, I would expect a little more.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years while visiting family when it was a Hilton. I will never stay here again. The room was completely emptied of furniture. One bedside table had been removed so only the person sleeping on the outside of the bed had access to the bedside table. There were no chairs or tables so we had to eat on the beds. Everything was visibly grimy and dirty. The wall in the bathroom had suspiciously brown stains. I ended up leaving the morning after our first night because I was so disgusted. Did I get my money back? No. The front desk gave me some drivel about the manager having to come in person to deal with my concern. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! The quality has seriously gone downhill, stay at a budget motel. They are cleaner and cheaper.

The hotel is nice, we come for the Kōena Spa which is lovely. We tried to order a balcony in advance but they don't allow that for some weird reason. You literally have to show up first and read for one. Shouldn't you be able to plan that in advance and get one if you reserve it?? I think you should!
