Each apartment in our luxury apartment complex offers you a wonderful panorama of the Szczecin Lagoon on large sun terraces. The fantastic view of the sun sparkling water will enchant you. All terrace apartments and apartments are sophisticated and modern. Spacious lawns with landscaped walkways surround our vacation homes. Individual terraces with seating on the cliffs invite you to linger. In our common rooms you can experience wellness, fitness and conviviality. They are available to you free of charge. We also offer professional massages that you can book with us. A large outdoor playground invites your children to play with a climbing tower and cable car. There is a soccer field outside the facility. Our boules alley or the common room for fitness and table tennis are available for your sporting experiences. You can walk to the "Der Rote Baron" restaurant, which we run, in the style of aviation romance. It is located at the spectacular aircraft exhibition "Hangar 10" and at Heringsdorf Natural Airport. Fine food and selected drinks await you there. In the bistro of our restaurant "The Red Baron" you get freshly baked rolls or homemade cakes every day, which you can enjoy with a cup of coffee on the restaurant terraces. The associated minimarket offers you not only coffee, milk, drinks but also care products. In our bike rental you can rent e-bikes and scooters in addition to the classics. You are also welcome to bring your bicycles with you and to store them safely in lockable bike rooms. There are several barbecue areas in front of the houses for free use. Your dog is welcome with us. On the terraces and within our facility, we ask you to leash your dog. Outside our premises, wide fields and meadows offer the possibility for a safe and free run. The unique Usedom Baltic Sea beach can be reached by car in a maximum of 15 minutes via the famous imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, not far from us. You will reach the Korswandt golf course in about half of the way. Quieter sections of the beach are in Swinoujscie. We particularly recommend a visit to the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its beach on the Lagoon. The open-air restaurant at the harbor offers fresh fish cuisine and a place in front of breathtaking sunsets.

Cliff garden 7-8:
If you do not book bed linen and towels, please bring your own laundry. Sauna packages (bathrobes and sauna towels) can be borrowed for a fee. We can probably provide you with free WiFi access from mid-May 2020. In high season (27. June 2020 - 15 August 2020) arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays. Welcome to the Kliffgarten terrace apartment (7-8)! This luxurious 4-room apartment on the ground floor with space for a maximum of 6 people has a living space of 100 m² and has 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped shower rooms. The large sun terrace with 21 m² is ideally south-facing. The apartment is modern with an open living-dining area, large dining table, leather sofa and smart TV (incl. SKY). The high-quality kitchen, open to the living area, leaves nothing to be desired. Restful sleep is guaranteed in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and smart TV. In the third bedroom there is a comfortable sofa bed (lying area: 1.60 x 2.00 m) and a smart TV. The bathroom en suite is equipped with a walk-in shower. On the large, roofed sun terrace with dining table and two relaxation armchairs, footstools, parasol and sun loungers you can let your mind wander. The fantastic view of the water will enchant you every day!Your dog is welcome with us. On the terrace and in the direct area, we ask you to leash your dog out of consideration for other guests. Outside our site, wide fields and meadows offer the possibility of a safe, free run. A parking space under the carport is available free of charge. There are further parking spaces approx. 250 m away. You can use the WiFi network free of charge (note: expected to be available from mid-May 2020). On request, we can provide you with a high chair and a travel cot (additional mattress and linen for a fee). In the basement of the house you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. You can store your bikes safely in the lockable bike room (there is a socket for e-bikes). The wellness and leisure areas (sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation room, fitness room with table tennis table) are located in the basement of the house and can be used free of charge.
