The cozy and functional apartment is about 54 square meters and has a living room with TV and radio and a sofa (sofa bed about 1,20mx2,00m sleeping area). The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster and a small dining table. The bathroom has a shower / WC and a hairdryer. Directly in front of your apartment you will find a furnished terrace. The Erstaustattung bed linen and towels is already included in the price. Parking is free. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. On the lawn in front of the apartment are a sandpit, a ping-pong table and in the summer on request also a paddling pool available, so that even the little ones feel really good.

If you want to really relax on vacation, want to enjoy peace and nature and the proximity to the sea, then we have just the right for you. Our three apartments with separate entrances are at ground level and in a quiet environment. You can reach the seaside resorts within 10 to 15 minutes by car. There you will find wonderful white sandy beaches, a variety of cultural offers, cafes and restaurants. As a partner of the Baltic Sea Therme Usedom, we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% off the entrance fee in the spa (for all non-discounted rates), when and as often as you feel like bathing and sauna fun. Please note that the spa will be closed 14 days in January for maintenance every year. Garz is located just 2.5 km from the fishing village Kamminke on the backwaters (kl. Harbor, beach).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
