Wonderful Host--Awesome house.

Hands down, best VRBO I've ever stayed in. The host thought of everything--kitchen was well stocked, house was clean etc.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this house! It was unassuming from the outside but absolutely beautiful inside. So cozy! Well stocked, comfortable beds and couches, clean, with great views. Kayla was probably the friendliest host I’ve encountered! Definitely recommend this rental!

House was great. Plenty of space for everyone and exactly as described. It is a little drive to any activities. But the peace and quiet was nice

Bday weekend getaway

Moberly Place will always be remembered. It was our 1st bnb experience with a view! The house was perfect. Firepit, gas grill, patio, hammock. Enough sleeping space for all guests present. We will go back again!

Cousins Getaway

Stunning view of Beaver Lake! Hours spent on the front deck relaxing with the gorgeous view right there. The property was described accurately, the furnishings were great and kitchen well stocked. Thank you for sharing the backstory of this wonderful getaway. Our group will definitely consider returning at some future date.

2nd Annual Friends Trip

We just got home today and loved staying at this "home" for the past 3 days. We brought our boat down to boat on Beaver Lake . This property is absolutely wonderful!!! Its beautiful and the moment you step inside you feel like you are at home! Its everything and more and you will not be disappointed. The bonus is the story of this house, I won't spoil the surprise, I will just say its going to warm your heart. We cant wait to return next year and stay here again!!!

Beautiful home and view!

We loved this house and our stay! The house was so comfortable, decorated beautifully and was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need and than some. The amazing view of the lake from the front porch was breathtaking! The owners were so friendly, easy to reach if we needed something, and I loved that she personally welcomed us and provided recommendations for things to do in the area. You can tell the owners take pride in making their guests feel at home. I loved the family history of the home. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Top notch relaxation and views

Cannot recommend this place enough! Incredible views, clean and inviting. We spent the weekend here and were blown away at all the amenities and thought put into the place. We had 3 adults and 2 children (5 year olds). The kitchen had every single thing we needed (appliance wise and also stocked with every seasoning and baking needs)! Games and books for the kids. Plenty of area to run around and enjoy the outdoors! It was simply the most enjoyable and relaxing weekend away with zero stress.

Garden of Eden

Like the garden of Eden, nothing was left out, most five star resorts that I have stayed at can’t hold a candle to this place. There was nine of us. Kids had plenty of room to do whatever they wanted, the 20-year-olds have plenty of space to be by their self and do their own activities, and the adults got to relax. The way this place. was put together is unbelievable. From games and forts in the words for the kids to hammocks,fire pits. There’s even a swingset. Plenty of parking for all your guests, could not even explain all the amenities in the kitchen, anything you wanna bake or cook they have everything there for you. My biggest fear is that more people will find out and I won’t be able to book it. Thanks again.

Quite property with all the amenities

This property was really nice to stay at. The neighborhood was quiet and the roads were well taken care of along with the backyard and front yard it was mowed and cleared . Inside was clean and nice smelling. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare all your meals. All the rooms were clean and had plush carpet. We enjoyed all the games they had in the living room , it was nice to have the tv off and play games as a family. There wasn’t a tv in the bedrooms which I thought was nice . The owner had great communication leading up to the trip . We didn’t need to contact her during the stay but have no doubt she would have answered given how responsive she was prior . I would recommend this place and stay again ! I must of missed it when reading the description but you will need to provide your own toiletries- shampoo , conditioner,body wash etc. but dollar general is not far away for those things .

Home away from home

A wonderful home! It was easy to check in and out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a fun filled family stay. The bedrooms were comfortable with lots of bunk beds separate from the master. So privacy for mom and dad. 😁 Yay. The house just has a wonderful family feel to it and is nicely decorated. The outside has a fire 🔥 pit that we were allowed to use and the opportunity for s'mores abounds. The only negative we experienced was the across the street neighbors had some sort of drama going on one night, but even that we wouldn't have noticed if we weren't sitting outside around the fire pit. For the most part you don't see or hear the neighbors. It's very private. Highly recommend. We will stay here again 😌

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved the house. It was extremely comfortable, decorated beautifully, and the host had so much stocked. I am a big cooker and usually take a bag of ingredients and stuff to use at most places we stay. I didn’t have to touch it. They had everything and then some. The beds were comfortable and we genuinely just enjoyed our stay. The view was gorgeous as well! The host was easy to reach any time we needed anything and had so many recommendations available for food and entertainment. We will be returning!!

Great Getaway

This vacation home is very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated just as shown in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and more. All the home’s furnishings and beddings are very nice, clean and cozy. Both bathrooms were very clean and spacious with nice towels. We spent evenings out on the comfortable front patio visiting and enjoying being together outside. The back patio includes a good propane grill and tables and chairs for meals and relaxing. The owner put a lot of thought and care with attention to details in making the home inviting and comfortable for guests to enjoy. I also appreciated that the owner reached out to me personally to welcome us and provided information and recommendations for the area. It was a perfect place for a get-away with friends … we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely reserve this property again.
