This is a great place for making memories! Very quiet lake community in a private wooded setting. No bug Bites on the Screened-in Deck, Fire Pit in the back yard & a fenced yard for your pet.
Lots of Wildlife; Star Gazing Encouraged!

One Mature well-behaved dog, under 20 lbs. is welcome. No puppies please. Pet Fee for one dog is $45.00 per stay.

Located on a dirt/gravel road. There is a spacious bunk house located next to the cabin giving you plenty of sleeping space for the family. The dedicated walking path to the water is on the other side of the dirt road. The path is sloped and has some stairs and concrete pavers. There are 2 patios and a screened-in porch. Located 20 minutes away from Eureka Springs and 10 minutes from the boat launch in Indian Park or Dam Site Park.

Your reservation includes Waivo™ Damage Insurance Policy, which is now part of your property lease agreement. This damage insurance will show as a $40 "Administrative Fee" on your payment details.

Beaver Lake Stay

The price point on this house was good. We had most of the amenities that we needed, but the kitchen equipment was cheap and it had minimal supplies. One also very much got the feel that you were in someone else's home rather than staying in a vacation rental. This was somewhat uncomfortable.
