Gorgeous Property Waterfront In An Exclusive Location. Private Beach.

Magnolia Lago is a modern renovated apartment in a villa of the 19th century. It’s surrounded by a garden of over 3000 sqm overlooking the lake, with a private beach. Privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed. The views from the garden, the porch and the living room are stunning: sitting at the table or on the sofa you will enjoy the relaxing blue of Lake Garda. The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2010, according to most modern technologies for maximum comfort. The special insulation ensures cool in summer and warm in winter. It’s a two-floor apartment of about 200 sqm. The villa has also a private parking place, easily accessible from the main road. The centre of Gardone is few minutes walk, as well as several places of interest like Vittoriale Museum, Botanic Garden, public beaches, etc. Salò and Toscolano Maderno are very close: they have lovely promenades and bars, restaurants and shops. Just next the villa there are a Michelin-starred restaurant and a 5 star hotel, which has two different restaurants and a wellness centre both open also to non-guests.
In the summer 2015 the Villa has been the location for the ZDF television programm "Die Jungs-WG 2015 in Italien".

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the house on Lake Garda. The house is just like the pictures only prettier. The host was very friendly and quick to communicate. Wonderful little beach just below the house that is great for swimming. The house is probably a 3 min drive or 15 minute walk from Gardone Riviera and about 5 minute drive to Toscolano Maderno. There is a nice grocery store there as well. I would recommend having a car for this location to get around the area. My only recommendation would be to suggest some fans as we were there during a very hot week. While the bedrooms were relatively cool it would be nice for some air flow. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Urlaub mit 2 Hunden und 4 Erw.

Tolle gr. Wohnung. Küche und Wohn-Esszimmer und 1 gr. Bad im Erdbeschoss, 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2x 1,40m Bett und 1 Stockbett + 1 Bad im Souterrain, dadurch im Sommer kühl zum Schlafen aber etwas muffig. Die Wohnung liegt wie in der Beschreibung an einer Hauptdurchfahrtsstraße, welche sehr laut ist. Ruhe hat man nur direkt am See. Wer mit Hund reist hat keine gute Möglichkeit von dem Anwesen aus 1 Runde zu laufen wg. der Hauptverkehrsstraße, aber die Besitzer sind sehr gechillt und unsere Hunde durften auf dem großen Gelände am Anwesen rumrennen.

Super sauber, geniale Lage, wunderschöner Ausblick. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir hatten mit der Familie, Eltern und 4 Kinder zwischen 20 und 23 Jahren einen angenehmen Urlaub. Würde wieder buchen. Einziger kleiner Mängel, wenn überhaupt, das Haus liegt an einer befahrenen Straße, die man aber im Garten oder an See nicht wahrnimmt.

Schönes Haus in bester Lage

Tolle Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub

Haus und Grundstück sehr geschmack- und liebevoll hergerichtet. Komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Tolle Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee. Straßengeräusche deutlich wahrnehmbar, haben uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Austausch mit den Vermietern unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee. Das einzig negative ist die laute Straße direkt über dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Sehr gern wieder!

Wunderschönes Grundstück mit sehr lieben Gastgebern

Dieses hübsche Feriendomizil mit seinem wundervollen Grundstück und Haus besticht durch viel Charme und eine zentrale Lage zwischen den besten Restaurants die das Westufer des Gardasee zu bieten hat. Der gepflegte Garten, mit Blick über den See, ist sehr einladend. Den direkten Zugang zum See haben wir täglich zum Schwimmen genutzt - mit dabei unsere Hunde. Das Wasser war wunderbar. Das Grundstück links des Hauses gehört zum Restaurant Lido 84 (ein Stern im Guide Michelin). Rechts des Grundstücks befindet sich das Gelände des Grandhotel Fasano, welches ebenfalls mit zwei (wenn auch etwas förmlichen) exzellenten Restaurants aufwarten kann. Nur wenig weiter befindet sich das Restaurant Casino (unser persönlicher Favorit). Man hat die besten Adressen für die Gaumenfreuden also in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreicht man, zwar parallel zur viel befahrenen Küstenstraße, aber auf einem etwas erhöhten und gut ausgebauten Gartenweg, zu Fuß das Zentrum von Gardone Riviera. Die Einrichtung ist modern ungezwungen und dennoch gemütlich. In der Küche befindet sich bereits eine Grundausstattung an Ölen, Essig, Salz.... Das technische Equipment ist sehr ausgeklügelt. Alessandra und Roberto sind sehr hilfsbereite und liebenswerte Gastgeber, die sich sehr freundlich um alle unsere Anliegen kümmerten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig der Lärm der an dieser Stelle unvermeidlichen SS45 hat uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht - daher geben wir hier einen halben Stern Abzug. Den zweiten halben Stern Abzug geben wir für den Preis, der unserer Meinung nach im Vergleich zu anderen hochwertigen Objekten, die wir schon in der Gegend gemietet hatten, etwas zu hoch ist. Perfekter Platz für Urlaub mit Hund

Es ist ein sehr schöne und mit sehr hochwertigen Materialien/Möbeln ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Türen und Licht geht alles automatisch. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick über den See. Die Hunde können sich auf dem gesamten Gelände frei bewegen, man hat einen direkten Zugang zum Wasser. Die lieben Vermtieter sind absolut hilfsbereit und Tierfreundlich. Bei Fragen oder Hilfe waren sie immer sofort zur Stelle und haben uns somit einen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht. Man sollte wissen, wenn man in der Hauptreusezeit Italiens fährt, dass die Straße doch sehr befahren ist und man es einfach hört. Vor allem die Motorräder sind am Anfang sehr anstrengend. Nach ein paar Tagen hat man sich allerdings dran gewöhnt. Nimmt man sich die liegen mit an den Steinstrand, so hört man von der Straße gar nichts. Sowohl der Ort Gardone ist in ca. 15 bis 20 min. zu Fuß erreicht, als auch der Ort Maderno (ca. 30 min Fußweg). Der alte Ortskern mit seinen schönen Gassen, ist in ca. 10 min. erreicht. Bushaltestellen befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Für Hunde ist es das reinste Paradis und auch wir als Familie waren rund um zufrieden. Ein herzliches Dank geht an Alessandra und Roberto.

Gardasee pur durch direkten Seezugang und tolle Aussicht auf den See

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und der direkte Seezugang topt alles. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die laute und stark befahrene Küstenstraße hinter dem Haus, aber das Grundstück gibt genug Möglichkeiten, dem Lärm aus dem Weg zu gehen. Wir waren als Großfamilie da (5-82 Jahre) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.
