227 - Bear Lake Escapes is the ideal destination for your next get-away! Centrally located in Garden City, this home is situated perfectly for all-season fun. If you are coming in the summer, you will find yourself only a few blocks from the lake, across the street from pickleball courts and less than a mile away from hundreds of mountain trails. However you spend your day, you'll love the fact that you are within walking distance to all of the shake and burger shops in downtown Garden City! If you are looking for a winter get-away, you'll be a quick 15 minute drive from the base of Beaver Mountain where you can ski the slopes or rent snow machines!

You will love staying at this modern, clean and beautiful townhome! Construction was finished in early 2023, which means that you know you will be arriving in a brand new home that is spotlessly clean and has top of the line amenities. You can't top the location, and the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen make this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 4 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, and then come home and sleep well at night!

We enjoyed are stay except for barbecue grill was left very dirty and no propane, the valve was left open. other than that, we had a great trip great place to stay.
