Travelling from Barcelona to Alicante I stopped for the night in Gandia. Booked a last minute reservation the room was very musty so I opened the door to get some fresh air which only helped a little bit in the morning. I woke up and I had fight all over my body at least 30. I thought it was mosquitoes because I had left the door open for a bit before I went to bed, however, after going to the pharmacy because they were getting worse, I was diagnosed with bedbugs. I am bitten all over my arms, my back and my legs. Do not recommend this hotel whatsoever stay away from it and stay away from musty rooms. I am still recovering from bedbugs. It’s been four days and I look like a pin cushion.

The hotel seems new. The room has a good size but the beds are little hard for me. The breakfast is poor, we have the same food every single day, the same fruits (only two options, kiwi and orange). The same for dinner, the same food every single day. They could do better in this matter. The swim pool is good, the beach in front the hotel is perfect. There is no park available in the hotel, be aware that you have to make a reservation before. There is only 12 parking places for the entire hotel. We could parking around the hotel, but was difficult to find a place.

Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great. Would love to return.

2 day Gandia break

Breakfast is only served from 8.30 till 10am. This meant we missed breakfast as had to leave at 8 for airport. Requested some breakfast, even just a croissant and coffee. Told firmly no! Hotel is good, clean and in nice location, just don't book if you eat before 8.30 in the morning

mi experiencia con ustedes ha sido estupenda, me ha gustado especialmente lo nuevo y de calidad de las instalaciones. La comida ha sido exquisita, variada, abundante, sabrosa y bien presentada. No sé cómo se podría optimizar ecológicamente porque es seguro que tiran muchísima comida a la basura, ya que la gente coge de más. La limpieza no estaba mal pero se nota que van muy deprisa y a veces quedaba arena en el suelo o mueble. No me convence que se cobre la estancia por adelantado, lo considero algo abusivo. Aún así, mi estancia ha sido muy grata.

Es un hotel 3 estrellas bien ubicado, a cuadra y media de una muy linda playa, ancha, con arena fina. Fuimos con media pensión, muy correcto todos, el restaurant es muy grande y siempre tuvimos lugar, en sep había lugar afuera para el auto. Todo correcto
